Tim Kurtz is the founder of The Center for New Testament Church Development. The ministry was formed in 2010 with the mission to plant regional churches that reflect the values and structure of the first century church.
He and his wife are the founders of New Life Ministries International (formerly John 3:16 Ministries) and he has served as the lead elder for 21 years. In addition to being the author of several books, he is also a monthly contributing writer in The American Church Magazine.
He has traveled throughout the United States and in Nigeria teaching the Gospel of the Kingdom. His life mission can be summed up in Isaiah 45:13: To walk in righteousness, to be led by the Holy Spirit in everything, to co-labor with Christ as He builds His Church, to be a catalyst for releasing God's people into their destiny, and to obey God with no motivation for personal notoriety or gain. He and his wife Carolyn have been married 42 years and live in Michigan.
