One of the values of the New Testament Church is that "NO ONE AMONG US SHALL LACK" (Acts 4:32-35). We teach that we should share our resources to insure that other believers have what they need to fulfill their calling, purpose and ministry. As the founder of The Center for New Testament Church Development, my purpose is to fulfill this ministry to the glory of God, and 'not for price or reward' (Isaiah 45:13). Therefore, we commit 10% of all purchases of our resources to provide funds to send materials to those who can't afford to buy them. But occasionally the demand exceeds our resources.
